Northern California Sled Dog Rescue (NorSled) is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, fostering, and rehoming Northern breed dogs—including Siberian Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, and Samoyeds—throughout Northern and Central California, plus parts of Nevada. Serving a vast region of approximately 70,702 square miles and a population of 12.8 million, we work closely with local shelters and, in select cases, accept owner surrenders to ensure every dog has a chance at a loving home.

We truly need your support. Any contribution from you means the world to us and to the dogs we save. We run on a very limited budget. The funds go directly to help with medical care, training and boarding when we run out of foster homes.
