From her very first days, Izzy has been surrounded by people who chose her and she has spent every day since choosing joy right back. When Izzy needed a family, a loving couple stepped forward without hesitation, and she has been theirs ever since. She is the heart of her home and the happiest, most loving kid you could ever hope to meet.

She lives with Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Autism, and more. Through all of it, Izzy showed up with the same warmth and resilience that defines her.

She recently got her first wheelchair, and the freedom it's given her? She is absolutely loving it. Now her family wants to make it truly hers — decked out in all the things she loves most.
