Make your donation by filling out the fields to the right.  Additionally you will need to fill out and mail the donor contribution form to Habitat for Humanity of Indiana.  Please note that without a donor contribution form on record and a certifying number, you will not be able to claim the credit against your Indiana state tax liability.
