Our Capital Campaign generated commitments of $586,800 (69% of our $850,000 goal). Multiple donations and returns totaling $2,320,550 have been made to this account since its late November 2025 opening and combined with the $649,358 currently with LCEF (account balances to be regularly updated), we have a total of 84.6% of the needed funds and the remaining committed monies increase that total to 100% of the needed funds. The only reason we'll have to take a mortgage is because the monies are not all expected to be in before we have to pay the final invoices. Any increased giving that could be made to aid us in avoiding a mortgage will be greatly appreciated.
